Maa antakse tasuta kasutusse 10 aastaks tingimusel, et jalgpalliklubi rajab kinnistule jalgpallikompleksi, mis koosneb kahest murukattega jalgpalliväljakust, tribüünihoonest ja avalikust parklast, kirjutab jalgpall.ee.

MTÜ Jalgpalliklubi Welco on valmis heakorrastama maa-ala ning rajama sinna jalgpallikeskuse. Jalgpalliklubi tagab territooriumil ka aastaringse hoolduse ja heakorra.
